November’s Employee Spotlight

Trudy has been with us for almost 12 years as a packing operative, recently training as a machinist last year. Machinists are vitally important on the shop floor, being responsible for getting the packaging machines prepped and ready for each product and making sure that every product is in the right packaging.
She’s also fully trained as a supervisor and recently stepped up to the role at short notice, impressing everyone with how calmly she worked under pressure.
